Ratings Explained
RESTAURANTS
In regards to restaurants we look at a variety of criteria. We grade each on a 0-4 scale (4 being the best), tally the score on each for an overall rating. The overall rating is then used to gauge their placement on the respective page.
- Customer Service: Did the waiter/waitress greet you right away? Did they offer a high chair or booster seat? Were they well versed and attentive?
- Atmosphere: Is it child appropriate? Is it safe, clean and smoke free? Are the other patrons respectful? Did they have proper seating options? And were they readily available?
- Cost: Affordable? Inexpensive? Overpriced?
- Kid Specific Options: Did they have a kids menu or did they offer options that are kid friendly?
